Get in some extra bootylicious training that will help you sculpt & tone your body!
Whether you are recovering from injury, baby body, unhealthy eating or have simply decided 'enough is enough' - Deb will help you to get your body back.
You will enjoy a variety of training during each session with 'Drill Sergeant' Deb, certified Personal Trainer & martial artist. Participate in elements of kickboxing, resistance training with your own body weight &/or light weights, yoga techniques, fit ball, bands, & much more!
Don’t think you have to be fit to do this…that’s WHY YOU DO IT!
